We identified a gap in the South Florida real estate market: while large developments invest in high-end design, many realtors and developers face challenges incorporating sophisticated decor solutions due to high costs. To address this, we developed an innovative approach, partnering with the Brazilian furniture industry to offer high-quality, premium staging services.
Our staging services not only transform spaces but also add real value to properties. A well-designed project, paired with efficient interior design and a curated furniture selection, makes properties more attractive, easier to sell, and can maximize return on investment.
What sets us apart is our payment model: you can offer staging to your clients with no upfront costs. Payment is only due after the property is sold. This accessible, risk-free approach is formalized through a contract, with a lien placed on the property benefiting from our furniture – ensuring transparency and security for all parties.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS
STEP-BY-STEP
Our passion is not just for turning houses into homes, but for enhancing lives and lifting spirits. We believe this is best accomplished when we take the time to truly get to know each client. Based on our company’s core values, we are happy to report that many of our clients become lifelong friends! During the initial meeting, we’ll get to know all about who you are, and what you envision to be your dream home.
01 CONSULTATION
During the initial meeting, we’ll get to know all about who you are, and what you envision to be your dream home. This will determine the project scope and set the design direction for your home.
02 DESIGN CONCEPT
Your designer will draft a customized concept presentation for your project. The presentation will include:
Concepts for layouts of furniture Inspiration for building finishes.
Ideas for custom built-ins and wall/ceiling details.
Preliminary suggestions for color palettes and material selections.
03 SPECIFICATION
After concept approval, we will go to work on providing specification documents and drawings for construction, drafting furniture plans, and selecting product options for your review. In addition we will coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors as well as attend site meetings and meetings with you, our client, as needed for the duration of the project.
04 FINAL DESIGN
Interior selections will go into a final design presentation that will include sizes, fabrics, finishes, and pricing.
When your selections are finalized and approved, purchasing of furnishings can be initiated.
05 ORDER & INSTALL
All your approved selections will be ordered and a status of anticipated lead times will be provided on a regular basis.
Whether you are in town or out of town, we will choreograph all onsite installations & deliveries. When all merchandise is installed, a walkthrough and final punch list is generated. Punch list items will be followed up on until complete.
